Olaussens Metall AS has used TPM/Lean as a tool since 2008 and is therefore a forward-looking company. The introduction of these processes has contributed to the optimization of value flow, line production and continuous quality improvements - all to the benefit of our customers.
We call this Olaussen's LEAN WAY.
In 2012, our machining department received the Productivity of the Year Award from the TPM Lean User Network.
